Mumbai, November 05th 2009: Dassault Systèmes (DS) (Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), a world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions today announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Defiance Tech Private Limited, a leading provider of engineering, manufacturing and enterprise (EME) solutions to jointly promote and market Dassault Systèmes’ PLM solutions to help customers across industry verticals achieve sustainable innovation.
Under the agreement, Defiance Tech will partner with Dassault Systèmes to provide consultancy, development, deployment, and industry specific solutions utilizing Dassault Systemes software. The two companies will work closely together to provide customers with comprehensive solutions and services to improve every aspect of the design and manufacturing process across industries, especially in engineering-intensive sectors such as aerospace and automotive.
