Provision Partner to Launch the First 3D Digital Media Network in the Caribbean With Nestlé

CHATSWORTH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Jan 11, 2010 -- Provision Interactive Technologies, Inc. ("Provision"), a subsidiary of Provision Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: PVHO), announced that the Company has shipped Holovision, its 3D holographic display platform, to Kariba Enterprises ("Kariba") for deployment in the Caribbean.

Kariba offers a variety of kiosks focused on consumer products and works closely with area hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, and other retailers. Provision's Holovision will be the first 3D digital media network in the Caribbean and will be supported by Kariba's already significant distribution footprint.

In response to the news, Nestlé, one of the world's largest multinational packaged foods companies, has committed to advertising Nescafé, a leading brand of instant coffee, across Kariba's advertising network.

Karon Gooljar, Kariba CEO, commented, "Nestle purchased a significant portion of the available ad space. We believe, after seeing how consumers respond to the Nescafé placement, they'll bring other leading brands on board."
