Deltek’s Customer Support Website Recognized As One of the Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2010

Prestigious award given out by the Association of Support Professionals highlights the depth and breadth of Deltek’s online customer support experience

Award winners were selected by a panel of judges with expertise in Web support design and implementation, using a scoring system based on 25 separate performance criteria. Websites were evaluated across the following areas:

  • Interactive features

The ten winning websites will be profiled in a book called "The Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2010," to be published by the ASP in July 2010.
