DUBUQUE, Iowa, April 18, 2011 – Eagle Point Software Corporation released AutoCAD Civil 3D Workflows that walk users through the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D software following step-by-step best practices of the Wisconsin DOT and Northern Region of Alaska DOT.  The workflows have been added to the 29 existing processes delivered with Eagle Point’s Pinnacle Series. These workflows were developed in conjunction with the respective DOTs to help organizations who work with these agencies follow a workflow that is consistent with the DOT’s design process. Following these workflows will not only help with the implementation of AutoCAD Civil 3D, but also ensure that deliverables are consistent with the DOT’s requirements.

Firms who do not work directly with the Wisconsin or Alaska DOT can also benefit from these workflows. By implementing these, and other included workflows, organizations that have not fully implemented AutoCAD Civil 3D can start by following known best practices, then modifying them to work with projects specific to the organization.
