In addition to the ability to create reports with themed pin maps, Intergraph has announced new licensing options for greater flexibility. The company will now offer its Business Intelligence Data Foundation at a flat rate pricing model, regardless of the number of users. Plus, a new license type for concurrent use software bundles will offer greater flexibility of deployment and system administration.

"Business Intelligence release 1.2 brings mapping and reporting together into a single integrated environment," says John Graham, President, Security, Government & Infrastructure (SG&I), Intergraph Corporation. "This enables agencies to more effectively prevent, prepare and respond to critical incidents by providing the visual information to make decisions, forecast likely incidents and take decisive action to mitigate nuisances before they become threats. Plus, our new pricing allows organizations with limited budgets to leverage our innovative solution across the organization – from command staff, to operations, to PSAPs, and even to communicate with the public."
