Dispatchers and responders will use Intergraph's fully integrated public safety applications to optimize emergency response in the tenth largest metro area in the U.S., with estimated population of 650,000 residents, plus nearly 20 million international visitors annually. The use of Intergraph software across the city's Police, Fire and Emergency Services agencies will enable better communications and coordinated response to all types of incidents. The City of Boston selected Intergraph to provide the latest, state-of-the-art technology. The combination of Intergraph's world leading CAD system with the recently acquired inPURSUIT Records Management System (RMS) presents a robust solution to manage the city's public safety incident management and response.

"We're pleased to partner with the City of Boston to help their trusted public safety professionals protect people and property in their historic city," said John K. Graham, President, Intergraph Security, Government & Infrastructure. "We're pleased that city officials recognize our incident management technology as the right choice to optimize its police, fire, and EMS response."

A key component of the solution is interoperability.
