Tyler Technologies Expands Appraisal Services with Acquisition of Yotta MVS, Inc.

Street-Level Imaging Group Complements CLT Appraisal Services’ Mass Appraisal Expertise

DALLAS — (BUSINESS WIRE) — July 5, 2011 — Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) today announced that it has completed the asset acquisition of Yotta MVS, Inc. of North Kansas City, Mo. Yotta, formerly Mobile Video Services, provides field property data verification and collection services, and develops and supplies the software to extract, import and manage image, property characteristic and mapping data.

Yotta has performed services in 25 states for city and county departments, including tax assessor and appraiser, zoning and planning, and GIS mapping. These services complement Tyler’s CLT Appraisal Services and iasWorld® integrated assessment and tax software.
