- Create multiple portfolios. - Manage proposed projects alongside current projects and leverage real-time project data. This allows planners to apply budget targets to both current and planned projects, and analyze cash flow and budget variances.
- Define yearly plans with multiple scenarios. The Portfolio Manager worksheet lets planners and project managers collaborate by creating and analyzing multiple “what if” scenarios of projects and start dates based on budget targets, cash flow forecasting, and real-time project information to find the optimal project mix for the planning period.
