Hexagon Appoints New CFO

Hexagon’s (STO: HEXAB) Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Håkan Halén has as of today been appointed Executive Vice President for the Hexagon Group. Håkan Halén has served as Hexagon’s CFO since 2001.

Robert Belkic, currently Group Treasurer of Hexagon, will as of 1 September 2012 succeed Håkan Halén as CFO. During the transition period up until 1 September 2012 Håkan Halén will support Robert Belkic in his new responsibilities to ensure a smooth handover. Robert Belkic has been employed with Hexagon since 2009, is 41 years of age and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University. Prior to joining Hexagon, Robert Belkic held the position of Group Treasurer at EF Education First Ltd and before that the position of Assistant Group Treasurer at Autoliv Inc.
