GraphOn Corp. Unveils New hopTo Brand

Brand will serve as launch platform for new mobile-to-PC product portfolio aimed at consumers, SMB and the enterprise

CAMPBELL, Calif. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — September 25, 2012 — GraphOn Corporation (OTCBB: GOJO), a leading worldwide developer of remote application access solutions, has announced its new brand name “hopTo” that will serve as the launch platform for a revolutionary series of new product offerings aimed at the burgeoning mobile-to-PC marketplace.

Forthcoming hopTo products will allow mobile users to intuitively access and interact with the applications, documents, photos and videos residing on their PCs, but in an entirely new way. Rather than simply displaying the desktop on the mobile devices using traditional “screen-scraping” techniques, hopTo technology will deliver the applications and information in a way that is completely natural and intuitive to the mobile user whose device lacks the conventional keyboard and mouse of a PC.

“Our goal is nothing short of revolutionizing the mobile-to-PC marketplace,” said Eldad Eilam, GraphOn’s president and chief executive officer. “Our disruptive and deeply proprietary technology will set a new standard for the mobile-to-PC user experience.”

With hopTo, any personal or corporate desktop PC can instantly and cost-effectively be turned into a “server” for easy, intuitive mobile access. Connecting remotely will not interfere with any users who are interacting with the PC locally.

“Our hopTo products will initially be targeted to consumers and the SMB marketplace, with subsequent products aimed at the enterprise,” said Christoph Berlin, GraphOn’s chief operating officer. “We’re well under way with a very aggressive development schedule for our first hopTo product release. Our plans call for a closed beta by the end of the year, followed by a full public beta during Q1 2013.”

GraphOn unveiled its new hopTo brand at MDB Capital Group’s recent Bright Lights 2012 Conference, Wall Street’s only disruptive technology conference focusing on companies that MDB Capital Group believes will transform their respective industries with game-changing technology. GraphOn was selected by MDB as one of only 30 public and private companies to present its technology at this exclusive, invitation-only event. A podcast of the hopTo information presented at the Bright Lights Conference can be viewed at www.graphon.com/about-graphon/investors.

hopTo products will be marketed through the newly established, wholly-owned GraphOn subsidiary hopTo Inc. Those wishing to receive ongoing updates on hopTo developments can register on the hopTo website at www.hopto.com.
