Gina Lundy Hired as Vice President of Government Relations and Corporate Communications

RESTON, Va, April 15, 2013, ( BUSINESS WIRE) -- PIXIA Corp., the industry leader in high-performance scalable large data access solutions, today announced that it has hired Gina Lundy as Vice President of Government Relations and Corporate Communications. In this role, she will be managing all external communications, as well as government relations efforts, aimed at raising overall awareness of PIXIA’s solutions to the defense and intelligence communities and other adjacent markets.

Lundy is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with 21 years of experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community. She served as a political advisor and Congressional affairs lead for all space and intelligence matters for the Secretary of Defense, his legislative team, the DoD Office of Space Policy and the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. Most recently, she was the Deputy Director for Congressional and Public Affairs at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).

In her new role, Lundy will focus on further developing PIXIA’s relationships with key leaders throughout the U.S. government as well as support the company’s goals by growing its government customer base.
