LEGO Systems Debuts Largest-Ever Collection of Building Sets to Inspire Builders of All Ages at American International Toy Fair

LEGO Star Wars welcomes 32 new sets in 2015 to the best-selling building collection, inspired by classic Star Wars films, the animated television series Star Wars Rebels and new scenes from the much anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Sets range from $9.99 to $149.99. Additionally, a new line of constructible figures for ages 6+ featuring iconic Star Wars characters provide a different kind of building experience and new play possibilities. Sets range from $19.99 to $34.99.

Licensed Building (Ages 5+)
LEGO Super Heroes: DC UNIVERSE™ introduces two new Batman and five Justice League sets, all of which have a new super jumper element for added play value.

New LEGO Scooby Doo lets children build and solve mysteries with Scooby and the Gang in five sets available in August featuring a Haunted Lighthouse, Mystery Mansion, the Mystery Machine and more ranging from $14.99 to $89.99.

LEGO Jurassic World™ brings key scenes from the Jurassic World film, premiering June 12, to life in LEGO bricks. Six sets will be available in May, ranging from $19.99 to $129.99.

New LEGO Minecraft translates the creative possibilities of the hit virtual game to the realm of physical play. Ten sets feature key moments and worlds from the game and include iconic characters and items true to the game's universe. Six sets are available now, with four new sets releasing in August: Zombie Spawner, Snow Biome, Stronghold and The Nether ($79.99). Sets range from $19.99 to $109.99.

Constraction (Ages 6+)
LEGO BIONICLE®, the original constructible action figure line, returns with a re-imagined story of six heroes who rise to defeat evil on the mystical island of Okoto by using the island's ancient power masks to save its population. Eighteen new sets ranging from $9.99 to $29.99 bring to life characters new and old, including six Toa: Gali, Pohatu, Lewa, Onua, Kopaka and Tahu.

Collectibles (Ages 5+)
LEGO Minifigures™ allow LEGO fans to collect and build their own minifigure population with 48 never-before-seen LEGO Minifigures debuting in three waves of 16 figures each. Series 13 debuts in January, a second series of The Simpsons™ launch in May and the first-ever holiday minifigure series arrives in September with the Halloween-themed Series 14. Sets are $3.99 each.

Wacky LEGO Mixels™ are back! These mini-characters deliver endless building opportunities and inspire creativity, imagination and hours of fun along the way. With three new series premiering this February, June and October, fans can collect 27 characters from the original Mixels content on Cartoon Network. Sets are $4.99 each.

LEGO Architecture celebrates the past, present and future of architecture through the medium of the LEGO brick. Each set contains a book featuring step-by-step building instructions along with history, information and photos of the world's most iconic structures. The Lincoln Memorial ($29.99) and other landmarks will launch.

Through the online LEGO Ideas community, fans are invited to propose their original LEGO designs to become new LEGO sets and then vote for their favorites. Each year, several submissions are approved, produced and sold as official LEGO sets. Available now, LEGO Birds ($44.99), features detailed models of a hummingbird, blue jay and robin. Additional items will launch throughout the year based on The Big Bang Theory, Wall-E and Doctor Who.

LEGO Exclusives are designed with older, skilled builders in mind and are available through shop.LEGO.com and LEGO Stores. Among the 2015 items are LEGO Creator Expert Detective's Office ($159.99) and a new LEGO Star Wars Slave I™ ($199.99).
