e-Builder Named to 2015 Red Herring Top 100 Global List

Leader in construction project management technology selected from thousands of companies worldwide for product innovation and market penetration

PLANTATION, Fla. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — December 9, 2015e-Builder, the pioneer in fully integrated, cloud-based construction program management software, announced that it earned a spot on Red Herring’s 2015 Top 100 Global list, which recognizes the leading private companies from North America, Europe and Asia for their excellence in innovation and technology.

The annual list identifies promising new entrepreneurs and companies, with previous honorees including Facebook, Twitter and Google. Prior to its inclusion on the global list, e-Builder was recognized by Red Herring on the regional level as part of its 2015 Top 100 North America list. Due to the technological innovation it has brought to the construction space through its product e-Builder Enterprise and its successful transition from a local, South Florida startup to an influential, international vendor, the company was selected for the Global list.

“Choosing the companies with the strongest potential was by no means a small feat,” said Alex Vieux, publisher and CEO of Red Herring. “After rigorous contemplation and discussion, we narrowed our list down from hundreds of candidates across the globe to the Top 100 Winners. We believe e-Builder embodies the vision, drive and innovation that define a successful entrepreneurial venture. e-Builder should be proud of its accomplishment.”

This year’s winners were selected out of an initial group of more than 1,000 companies from more than 40 nations, which were then narrowed down to a final pool of more than 200 candidates. Companies were judged on a number of criteria, including technology innovation, management quality and market penetration, along with undergoing a review that analyzes how companies compare with their peers.

“With the global population expected to grow from 7.3 billion to 8.1 billion by 2025, it is more important than ever that private and public organizations across the globe enlist technology to produce quality infrastructure and buildings in an efficient manner,” said Ron Antevy, CEO, e-Builder. “This recognition validates the role e-Builder Enterprise plays in developing a more responsible and sustainable construction industry.”

e-Builder Enterprise is a web-based platform accessible from any desktop or mobile device. The software allows facility owners to access and analyze critical information and control the construction process to provide greater accountability and visibility into the status of projects ultimately improving project outcomes. Since its founding in 1995, e-Builder has worked with thousands of global companies, government agencies, healthcare facilities and educational institutions to improve the lifecycle of their construction programs.

The Top 100 winners were announced at a special awards ceremony during the Red Herring Global forum in Los Angeles on November 19. For a full list of winners, please visit the Red Herring website.
