U.S. Representative Dave Joyce, Ohio

Since being elected to Congress in 2012, Congressman Dave Joyce of Ohio has been a staunch supporter of green infrastructure. Because of his efforts in raising the visibility of Complete Streets legislation with his colleagues and constituents, Congress passed and President Barack Obama signed into law the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act that includes the first federal Complete Streets policy.
