MacB Partners on U.S. Army INSCOM Contract for the 116th Military Intelligence Brigade   

FORT GORDON, Ga., Nov. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), an Alion company, announced today that it has partnered with BAE Systems, Inc. on a U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) contract for the 116th Military Intelligence (MI) Brigade. The 116th MI Brigade is an INSCOM major subordinate command responsible for Aerial-Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) missions for deployed task forces Outside Continental United States (OCONUS). MacB’s total contract value is $26 million over a four-year period. Most of the work will be performed at Fort Gordon, Georgia.

INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts and synchronizes worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; delivers linguist support and intelligence-related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications, and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition Commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.

MacB’s National Security Group (NSG) will work with BAE Systems to provide services for A-ISR Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) operations for INSCOM. Responsibilities will include Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), multi-discipline analysis and sensor operations for A-ISR systems, real-time observation, exploitation, analysis and reporting of intelligence.
