Oxford, England. November 26 2019 -- The PLM Interest Group announces two user-only PLM Pathfinder Meetings in Belgium and the UK, that will take place within a fortnight of each other in Weeks 04 and 06 of 2020.
The first will be hosted by Picanol on 22-23 January, at their headquarters in Ypres, Belgium; and the second by Mars on 05-06 February at their conference facilities in Slough, UK.
Each event is a 2-day Workshop that will enable PLM Managers to work together in detail, comparing approaches and methods, learning from each other and sharing improvements. The Agenda covers:-
- Skills Exchange between PLM Managers - based on discussion of the Keynotes;
- The User Viewpoint - life as a software customer, and relationship management;
- Voice of the User - cohesion, development, and constructive paths to improvement; and,
- National User Communities - how PLM Teams from different companies can share ideas and techniques within a close regional framework.
These international meetings may lead to the formation of groups or communities that meet two or three times a year, setting their own Agenda, within a framework that allows the results to be taken forward and built upon.
There are full details of the Meetings and how to register on the PLMIG web site. There is an Early Bird discount for Registration by 29 November, and more information can be requested via Email Contact.
