In connection with the Covid-19 pandemic, the United States and Canada have extended the closure of the border to non-essential travel through July 21, 2020. Therefore, the Company has elected to cancel the Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 10, 2020 and intends to reschedule it for September 24, 2020. While the Company prefers to hold an in-person meeting in Calgary, Alberta, as in years past, the global travel situation will play a role in the decision to potentially hold a virtual meeting. Further details on the Annual General Meeting will be provided as available.
