("ChipMOS" or the "Company") (Taiwan Stock Exchange:  8150 and NASDAQ: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services ("OSAT"), today reported its unaudited consolidated revenue for the month of January 2022. All U.S. dollar figures cited in this press release are based on the exchange rate of NT$27.82 to US$1.00 as of January 31, 2022.

Revenue for the month of January 2022 was NT$2,273.0 million or US$81.7 million, an increase of 5.1% compared to January 2021 and an increase of 0.3% compared to December 2021. The record high January revenue level reflects favorable supply and demand dynamics. The Company noted that strong demand more than offset the shorter number of work days in January compared to December.
