Primavera(R) Honored with NorthFace ScoreBoard Award for 'World-Class' Customer Service for Seventh Consecutive Year

PHILADELPHIA, May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Primavera Systems, Inc., announced today that it was recognized for customer service excellence with the 2007 NorthFace ScoreBoard Award(SM), an honor presented by the Omega Management Group to companies that received exemplary customer satisfaction and loyalty ratings. This is the seventh consecutive year Primavera will accept the award.

Omega measures customer satisfaction and loyalty levels in numerous categories, including technical support, field service, customer service and account management. The award is presented to companies that achieve a 4.0 or above on a five-point scale. Competing companies are rated at least two times each year.
