Pictometry Signs Technology Licensee Agreement with Sightvision to Expand Coverage of Oblique Imagery into Israel

ROCHESTER, NY – September 3, 2008 – Pictometry International Corp., a leading provider of geo-referenced aerial image libraries whose proprietary technology is used globally to capture oblique image libraries, has signed a technology license agreement with Sightvision, an emerging Tel Aviv based aerial survey and mapping company.

Signed in Israel earlier this month, the new agreement will expand Pictometry’s coverage for oblique aerial imaging into Israel. Other regions of the world currently covered under similar licensing agreements with Pictometry include population centers in Europe, the Americas, Australia, Asia and Africa. Sightvision is now one of six distinguished international technology
licensees for Pictometry.

Under the terms of the agreement, Sightvision will utilize Pictometry’s proprietary image capture and processing technology and market image libraries and software in Israel. Other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
