October 28, 2008 - Heerlen, The Netherlands - The Cadac Group, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner developing Organice, a SharePoint based engineering document management solution, has scheduled a series of webcasts around the central theme: "bridging the GAP for the AEC". As a solution provider for the AEC and other project driven engineering industries, the Cadac Group is often confronted with companies struggling to create the right conditions for managing their project documents and for collaborating with their project partners. With a series of webcasts, the Cadac Group will address typical needs and challenges in the AEC and provides practical tips and tricks to improve the business process of project driven organizations.
The 6th webcast on November 10 is titled: “PDF publishing for your sub-contractor is not rocket science!” During this 45 minute session the Cadac Group will completely focus on Organice Publish. With Organice Publish documents in SharePoint can be published to other SharePoint document libraries or other internal and external SharePoint sites. During publication, documents can also be converted into independent file formats like PDF or DWF. Organice Publish completely integrates into SharePoint and uses the SharePoint workflow capabilities. Based on practical examples you will see how to use Organice Publish to publish and convert documents, so you can easily share and exchange them with different recipients.
The webcasts are hosted by Edwin Elmendorp, President of Cadac Group Inc. and distributor of Organice in the Americas. Each webcast has a morning session (9am EST) and a late afternoon session (6pm EST). Customers from Europe are invited to join the morning session and customers from Asia and the Pacific are invited to join the late afternoon session.
