3-GIS to Exhibit and Present at GITA Conference

April 17, 2009 -- 3-GIS, a GIS software development and services company based in Decatur, Alabama will exhibit in Booth #502 at the 2009 Geospatial Infrastructure Solutions Conference & Exhibition. The tradeshow, which is sponsored by the Geospatial Information & Technology Association (GITA) will be held April 19-22, 2009 at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida.
        
3-GIS will demonstrate products from the 3-GIS Suite to attendees. The 3-GIS Suite is comprised of Network Express, a design and engineering tool which is run from a web browser; Field Express Chameleon, real-time data management software which can be run on a PocketPC, tablet or laptop; Express Conductor, the back-end administrative component and the newest addition to the suite, Buzz for BlackBerry, a mobile viewing solution designed specifically for the BlackBerry.

Danny Hatcher, a 3-GIS Senior Software Engineer, will also present at the conference. He will discuss how Rich Internet Applications are changing the face of GIS at his session on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 9 a.m. “This session will explore how companies can streamline business processes by adopting web-based solutions,” says Hatcher.
