Axium Runner Up of American Marketing Association (AMA) Max Award in B2B Integrated Marketing Campaign Category

PORTLAND, OR, Mar 18, 2010 – Axium, a leading developer of project management and accounting software for architectural and engineering firms (A/E), won second place for the 2009 Marketing Award of Excellence (MAX) presented by the American Marketing Association (AMA). Axium was recognized in the Business to Business (B2B) Integrated Marketing category for its “Solution X” campaign.


Presented by the AMA Oregon Chapter, the MAX Awards honor outstanding marketing innovations developed or launched by Oregon companies in 2009. Winning entries were evaluated on marketing objectives, strategy, tactics, execution and outcome.

The “Solution X: Your Solution for Success” campaign was an on- and off-line integrated approach that included a collection of puzzles representing industry-specific names and phrases to increase brand awareness. The campaign included a series of demand generation tools, including an incentive-based direct mail piece to drive people to online puzzles and encourage attendance at tradeshows.
