Baker Awarded Surveying and Mapping Contract by USACE Mobile District

PITTSBURGH — (BUSINESS WIRE) — March 24, 2011 — Michael Baker Jr., Inc., an engineering unit of Michael Baker Corporation (NYSE Amex: BKR), has been awarded a five-year, up to $12 million indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) surveying and mapping services contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Mobile District. Services provided under the contract will include, but are not limited to, geodetic control surveys, topographic and planimetric surveys, photogrammetric mapping, and aerial and mobile LiDAR data collection services.
