The Intergraph open architecture security solution certified by Lenel integrates with third-party external systems for access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance and other sensor systems through an interface to deliver a common operating picture for complete incident management and control.  Intergraph's security integration solution also has the ability to track threats, distribute information and dispatch resources to manage and resolve security incidents.  Lenel's OnGuard access system seamlessly integrates biometric technology including hand geometry, fingerprint and even iris recognition.

"The certification by Lenel affirms the interoperability of Intergraph's open security system integration solution," said Robert Scott, executive director, Security Solutions Strategy, Intergraph. "Intergraph's incident management software easily interfaces with third-party intrusion detection systems such as Lenel's OnGuard to improve situational awareness for decision support that focuses limited resources on confirmed threats to maximize resource management and to protect lives and critical infrastructure."

"Intergraph has completed required factory testing at Lenel to validate the functionality of its interface to OnGuard," said Raffaele Ceravolo, director of strategic alliances for Lenel. "We look forward to their continued involvement in the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program."
